Rule Construction was founded in 1977 by James Rule.  Over the years Jim has retired and passed down his expertise to his son David who is now the President and Owner.  We specialize in site excavation, demolition, sewer and water utilities, pond restoration, rock trenching, retaining walls and aggregate delivery.  We can accommodate all types and sizes of projects from a residential driveway or pond to a large subdivision or business park.
